Change Quote to Declined

This page is accessed via Brokerage and Forwarding > Quote > Actions > Brokerage and Forwarding > Change Quote > Change Quote to Declined.

Use this action when a customer has declined a quote. Using this action will change the QUOTE_STATUS to QUOTE_DECLINED.
