Data Query Type

This page is accessed via Configuration and Administration > Power Data > General > Data Query Types.

New data query types cannot be added. You must be a DBA to edit a data query type.

A data query type represents different business objects. The Object Lock check box specifies that the database gets an exclusive lock when the data query type is accessed. The setting on the Object Lock check box on the data query type overrides the object lock setting on the Audit Action. A data query type may contain a default log profile ID, used when capturing action logs.
