Scalability Overview

This page is accessed via Configuration and Administration > Cluster Management > Scalability Overview. You must be logged in as a DBA to access this page.

This page quickly identifies functional and domain distribution across application and web clusters. It helps determine whether the routing is correctly specified and whether machines are properly responding to scalability.

This page contains the following tabs:

• Clusters: A summary of all scalability clusters. Each cluster shows assigned machines, functions, domains, data queues, and Oracle queues.
• App-Tier Servers: A grid of all servers registered for scalability, from the viewpoint of the application tier. For each server, you can review the URL (as specified in the app_machine table), and state.
• Web-Tier Servers: A grid of all servers registered for scalability, from the viewpoint of the web tier. For each server, you can review the state and the URL (as specified in the glog.scalability.topologyWebserverURL properties).
