IATA SCR Codes

This page is accessed via Order Management > Power Data > Item Classifications > IATA SCR Codes.

The IATA SCR Code (Specific Commodity Rate Code) field is used to store the IATA special commodity rate code for an item.  The IATA SCR Code is an RBI and will be considered when rating these items.

 The IATA Specific Commodity Rate Codes are a standard commodity classification system published by IATA (International Air Transport Association).  he commodity classification consists of a standard numeric code and a commodity description.

Adding an IATA SCR CodeT

1. Enter a unique identifier in the IATA SCR Code ID field.
2. If desired, enter additional information about this code in the Description field.
3. Select a domain in which this code will be active from the Domain Name drop-down list.
4. Click Finished.
