User-Defined Commodity

This page is accessed via Order Management > Power Data > Item Classifications > User-defined Commodity.

You can use this option to create your own commodity or classification for items and flexible commodities instead of using the industry-standard classifications provided. Use this to group items and flexible commodities for transport that may not otherwise share similar attributes.

Defining a User-defined Commodity

1. Enter a User defined Commodity ID.
2. Enter a User-defined Commodity Name.
3. Accept the Domain Name or select another.
4. Enter a User-defined Commodity Description to further describe the commodity.
