County Override

This page is accessed via Shipment Management > Power Data > Geography > County Override.

Some external distance engines allow you to specify a county as part of a lookup query. Not all engines use the same format for the county code, however. The County Override page allows you to map the Oracle Transportation Management's county code to the format required by the engine you are using. For example, the Oracle Transportation Management county code for Montgomery County is MO, but your external distance engine is expecting a 4 letter code such as MONT.

1. Enter a unique ID in the County Override ID field.
2. Select a domain from the Domain Name drop-down list.
3. Select a Country Code.
4. Enter a province (state) code in the Province Code field.
5. Specify the OTM county code in the OTM County field.
6. Enter the external distance engine's county code in the External Engine County field.
7. Click Save.
8. Continue to define more county override codes
   OR
   Click Finished if you have no other codes to define.
