Workflow Topic Parameters

This page is accessed via Business Process Automation > Power Data > Event Management > Workflow Topic Parameters.

Workflow Topic Parameters can control the actions that occur when a sell shipment is created. For example, after a sell planned shipment is created, the shipment can be moved to reviewed status and customer bill can be automatically generated.

These actions are controlled by the following parameters:

• MOVE TO REVIEWED: if set to YES, then sets the shipment to REVIEWED_SELL - REVIEWED status and sets the order releases related to the shipment to the following status:

Set PLANNING status to EXECUTED/REVIEWED PARTIAL if some related shipment have not been executed (buy) or reviewed (sell)

Set PLANNING status to EXECUTED/REVIEWED FINAL if all related shipments have been executed(buy) or reviewed(sell)

• GENERATE CUSTOMER BILL: if set to YES, generate customer bill for the shipment.
