Flag/Unflag Advanced Charge

This page is accessed via Shipment Management > Shipment Management > Sell Shipments. Click Actions > Financials > Advanced Charges > Flag Advanced Charge or Unflag Advanced Charge. It is also accessed via the Sell Shipment actions in the Shipment section of a job.

Running these actions will either select or clear the Advanced Charge check box that appears on the selected sell shipment or the NFRC. An advanced charge is a charge on a job that is collected on the forwarder's behalf. When a shipping agent reviews charges for which they are responsible they must also approve advanced charges.
