Copy Bid Round

This page is accessed via Sourcing > Bid Creation > Bid Round > Actions > Copy Bid Round.

You can copy an existing bid round and modify it if necessary. You can also copy any bids associated with the source bid round to the destination bid round.

Copying a Bid Round

1. In the Destination Bid Round ID field, enter a Destination Bid Round ID.
2. Select Yes or No from the Copy Bids from Source Bid Round option.
3. If you selected Yes for Copy Bids from Source Bid Round, you see the Status Type ID and Status Value ID fields. Select a Status Type ID and a corresponding Status Value ID to only copy bids that have that status value.
   
   For example, select a status type ID of COMMITMENT and a status value ID of COMMITMENT_COMMITED to only copy bids that have been committed.
4. Click Copy Bid Round.
