Copy Sourcing Project

This page is accessed via Sourcing > Bid Creation > Project > Sourcing > Utilities > Copy Project.

You can copy a project. When you copy a project, only the data on the project manager is copied. No information in the bid rounds or bids related to the original project are copied.

Copying a Project

1. Enter an ID in the Destination Project ID field.
2. Click Copy Project.

When you click Copy Project, the original project is copied with the new name and the first bid round is automatically created.

Note: The character limit for the Destination Project ID field is 50 characters. If you enter a destination project ID of 50 characters, then the resulting new bid round will be the destination project ID cut to 48 characters with a -1 added to the end.
