Notify Awarded Service Providers

This page is accessed via Sourcing > Bid Analysis > Scenario > Actions > Notify Awarded Service Providers.

The action sends emails to the sourcing contact(s) listed under each service provider with a summary of what they have been awarded. If you did not enter a sourcing contact, the action will list those service providers so you can add those contacts before re-running the action.

Note: No email is sent if the bid status is not published. To change the bid status, use the Change Publish Status - Scenario or Change Publish Status - Bid actions.

Notifying Awarded Service Providers:

1. Use the Include Awarded values check boxes to indicate whether or not the notification should include the list of awarded values.
2. Click Notify Awarded Service Providers to perform the action.
