Power Actions

This page is accessed via Configuration and Administration > User Configuration > Manage User Access. In the User Access Type field select the option Power Action. Click Edit User Access. The Power Actions page opens.

You can configure Oracle Transportation Management so that when a specific user works with dock scheduling they are restricted in the actions that they can make to the appointments. If no power actions are defined for a user, then they have access to all actions. If some power actions are defined then that user has access to only those actions.

Editing User Access

You can perform a reason check on specific actions per user role.  This allows you to associate any number of actions with the user role.

  1. Select the Prevent Access Changes check box to specify the final level for access configuration.
  2. Specify the Audit Action ID for the action to which you are granting the user access.
  3. Click Save for each record you create.
  4. Click Finished.
