Print from OTM/GTM Cloud
You have two options when print from the OTM/GTM Cloud.
- Option 1: Use the Send Content action from the Document Manager.
- Option 2: Use pre-packaged reports and send them to a printer.
Option 1
- Navigate to Business Process Automation > Document Manager.
- Click Search.
- Select the check box next to a document.
- Click Actions > Send Content.
- In the Printers grid, enter your printer(s).
- Click Save.
- Click Submit.
You should get a Confirmation dialog box.
Option 2
- Navigate to Shipment Management > Shipment Management > Buy Shipments.
- Click Search.
- Select the check box next to a shipment.
- Click Actions > Business Process Administration > Reports > Domestic Packing List.
- Enter the following:
- Report Format: PDF
- Delivery Method: Print
- Printer ID
- Click Submit.
You should get an Information screen saying, “The report print request has been submitted to <YOUR_PRINTER>”.
