Re-drive and Re-rate Work Assignment
This page is accessed via Fleet Management > Resource Management > Work Assignment > Actions > Re-drive and Re-rate Work Assignment.
Run this action to update the times and distances on shipments on a work assignment, as well as the costs. This action only works when the work assignment is in WA_COMMITTED_NOT_COMMITTED status. First, the action re-drives the work assignment to update the times and distances on the shipments. Then it re-rates the shipments and updates the work assignment to reflect the new costs. If the service time calculation is infeasible you are prompted to force the action.
Note: When you run this action, the system considers the WA MAX DISTANCE BETWEEN SHIPMENTS, WA MAX DURATION BETWEEN SHIPMENTS, WA MAX SHIPMENTS IN TOUR, and WA MIN SHIPMENTS IN TOUR logic configuration parameters. If these parameters are violated by the action, you will be prompted to stop the action, or to override the violations and continue the action.
After you run the action against a work assignment, the shipments on the work assignment are displayed. Click the Re-drive and Re-rate Work Assignment button to complete the action.
