Scheduled Performance Collection

This page is accessed via Configuration and Administration > Technical Support > Scheduled Performance Collection.

Note: You must be a DBA to access this page.

Note: FTP is not supported.

This page is used to gather details of your performance. The details can be sent to a contact via email or they can be saved to a local directory.

In Edit mode, you can see the status of the collection as well as the ID. The ID is system generated.

  1. Enter the Start Time and End Time for the collection. Once
  2. Enter the Collection Frequency in days, hours, and minutes.
  3. To forward the results to a contact, enter the Contact, Communication Method and, optionally, a Reply To for the response.
  4. To write the results to a local directory on the application server, enter the File Directory. If omitted the files are deleted after emailing. If you specify a file directory, unencrypted files are written to the directory.
  5. Optionally, enter a Description for the collection.
  6. Select the Performance Collection Types to be collected to select using the right and left arrows. Everything in the right panel is selected and will be collected.
  7. Click Finished.
