Product Classification Purpose

This page is accessed via Master Data > Power Data > Product Classification> Product Classification Purpose.

Use this page to edit/view an existing product classification purpose or to a create new one. This purpose can be used in various product classification related functionalities.

Adding a Product Classification Group Code

1. Enter an ID for the purpose in the Product Classification Purpose ID field.
2. Enter the name of the purpose in the Purpose Name field.
3. If desired, enter additional information about the purpose in the Description field.
4. Select the domain in which this purpose will exist from the Domain Name drop-down list.
5. Click Finished.
