Allocate Weight by Value

• Transactions > Trade Transactions > Actions > Calculations > Allocate Weight by Value
• Customs > Declarations  > Actions > Calculations > Allocate Weight by Value

This action helps you calculate costs that would to be sent to AES and will be used for landed cost calculation.

1. Enter a Quantity Qualifier ID in the Allocate a Weight with Quantity Qualifier ID field. This defines the quantity being allocated across the transaction lines/declaration lines. The actual quantity must be available on the transaction/declaration in the Quantity field in the Quantity section.
2. Enter a Value Qualifier ID in the This allocation is prorated based on Value Qualifier ID field. This defines the amount being allocated across the transaction lines/declaration lines. This identifies the value used to prorate the weight and must be present on each of the transaction lines/declaration lines in the Value field in the Values section.
3. Click Submit.
