Look Up Trade Program

Use this action to look up the qualified trade program on an item associated with a trade transaction/declaration for the same country of origin as that on transaction line/declaration line, and then copy that information over to the trade transaction line/declaration line to be later used in compliance screening, document generation, and customs filing.

Performing this action also copies qualification details of the item on to the transaction line.

A constraint set is used to capture which data elements will be compared to identify the correct trade program. Country of origin, product classification type, and product classification code are included in the analysis by default, and do not need to be modeled in the constraint set used.

Note: The action will run based on the parameters configured in GTM Logic Configuration and GTM Transaction Configuration.

Note: It is mandatory to configure the property gtm.dutyTax.dsg.shipToLocation.locationQualifier to be able to perform this action on a  transaction/transaction line/declaration/declaration line. Else, an error will be displayed.
