Click Match Exits to Entries. The results are displayed with a successful/failure status and a reason for it.

An exit line can be matched to entry lines using multiple trade incentive program rules. The retention period (i.e. the period of discharge) of each rule will be taken into account while matching using that rule. Discharge period end date of inventory will not be used to validate if an exit line lies within the retention period of rule. Instead, the entry date of the inventory will be used.

You can view the balance quantity and the inventory status on the Program Inventories page.
