Reprocess (Exclude ERROR Transactions)

When a transaction in a transmission has errors, the transaction status is set to ERROR. The Reprocess action in the Transmission Manager will first change all the ERROR Transactions in the Transmission to FRESH before reprocessing the transmission. This action provides an alternative option and will not reset the ERROR Transactions to FRESH before reprocessing the transmission.
