SKU Transaction Counts

This page is accessed via Shipment Management > Visibility > SKU Transaction > SmartLinks > SKU Transaction Counts.

The SKU Transaction Counts page displays basic information about the selected stock keeping unit (SKU) transaction, as well as its SKU descriptors, if any. A SKU transaction is a record of an inventory movement, defined as any change in inventory. For example, an inventory receipt, dispatch or adjustment can be an inventory movement.

Data

These are the data displayed by the SKU Transaction Counts action:

  • SKU Transaction ID: uniquely identifies the SKU.
  • Packaged Item ID: the ID of the packaged item tracked by the SKU.
  • Transaction Date: the date of the transaction.
  • Transaction Type: the type of transaction.
  • Warehouse ID: identifies the current warehouse location of the item.
  • Supplier ID: identifies the supplier of the item.
  • Owner ID: identifies the owner of the item.
  • Quantity 1*: a quantity of the items involved in the transaction (for example, quantity ordered).
  • Quantity 2*: another quantity of the items involved in the transaction (for example, quantity received or dispersed).
  • Domain Name: the domain in which this SKU data is saved.
  • Description: brief description of the item.

*The meanings of Quantity 1 and Quantity 2 are set by the external warehouse management system (WMS) and so can be configured to the needs of a particular SKU or warehouse. For example, Quantity 1 could be designated to mean quantity received and Quantity 2 mean quantity received intact.

SKU Descriptors

The SKU descriptor values, if any, are listed in a hierarchy of folders. SKU descriptors are customer-specific categories that define and organize the quantities in SKU records.

The following is an example:

Expand All and Collapse All buttons are above a folder tree.

  • To view or hide the contents of all the folders, click Expand all or Collapse all.
