Capacity Usage

This page is accessed via Operational Planning > Capacity Management > Capacity Usage.

Capacity Limits can be used to manage service provider inventory of equipment by date range and determine a service provider's available capacity for accepting a shipment for transport.

Capacity Usage displays a record for each capacity limit that was saved in Capacity Limit. When a new Capacity Limit is created there, a record is created in Capacity Usage for each limit that was entered. For example, if capacity limits were defined for all 7 days of the week, for 4 weeks, then 28 records will appear in here in the Capacity Usage.

The Active check box indicates if the record is active.

This page will show all associated data for each Capacity Limit that was entered. Editing Capacity Usage from this screen is limited to editing the Limit field.
