Override Allocation

The Override Allocation action is accessed via Contract and Rate Management > Commitment Allocation Usage.

This action allows you to add or edit a service provider and override the planned allocation percentage for the time periods associated with the selected usage records.

Overriding an Allocation

1. Select a record and click Actions > Override Allocation.
2. If new, enter a service provider. If this is not new, the service provider cannot be changed.
3. Enter a Rate Offering to specify commitment allocation by both service provider and rate offering.
4. Enter a new Percentage for each service provider.
5. If you do not want it to be active, clear the Active check box.
6. Click OK. Once added, the service provider is available to enter a new allocation.
