Combination Equipment Repositioning

This action is accessed via Shipment Management > Equipment Management > Equipment > Actions > Fleet Management > Inventory > Combination Equipment Repositioning.

Use this action to create a shipment that will move multiple pieces of equipment together as part of one shipment, from one location to another. For example, two empty pieces of equipment may need to be moved between equipment pools, or a driver may need to return these two pieces of equipment after his last shipment stop.

The action must be run against two pieces of equipment with the same equipment group.

Note: This action will not check any of the compatibility rules (they will all be ignored).

Combination Repositioning Equipment

1. The Source Location displays showing the equipment's current location. All the selected pieces of equipment should have the same next available location.
2. Select the Destination Location ID.
3. Select a Service Provider ID if the driver does not have a rate offering defined. If a rate offering is defined, this field is not enabled.
4. Select the Earliest Start Time the driver can start and the Latest Arrival Time the driver can arrive.
5. Click OK.
