Apply Buyer Template

This action applies a Buyer Template to an order. This action is accessed via:

• Order Management > Order Release >  Actions > Order Management > Change Order > Apply Buyer Template
• Order Management > Order Release With Stops > Actions > Order Management > Change Order > Apply Buyer Template
• Brokerage and Forwarding > Booking > Freight Forwarding > Actions > Apply Buyer Template

A Buyer template is only applied to an order if the following conditions are met:

• There is an involved party on the order with a qualifier as Buyer.
• The Buyer has an associated Buyer Template that is active and that matches the orders Transport Mode and Move perspective.

If these conditions are met, select the way in which the Buyer Template should be applied to the order.
