Order Release: Services
This page is accessed via Order Management > Order Release > Order Release. Click the Services tab.
- Select the appropriate Service, if you are using services. This provides the ability to specify the customer service ID.
- Select the Priority Override check box to treat this service as the highest priority. If you select this, it will be reset (cleared) after the service template is applied.
- The Priority field displays the priority of the service.
- The Applied Date shows the date that the service was applied to the order.
- Click Save for each service you enter.
