Compartment Type

This page is accessed via Shipment Management > Power Data > General > Compartment Type.

Use this page to create compartment types, such as Bulk Liquid, Bulk Dry, Package, Auto, Flat, Freezer, and so on. The compartment type then gets added to the equipment group to ensure compatibility between the compartment type and the equipment group.

Adding a Compartment Type

1. Enter a Compartment Type ID.
2. Enter a Compartment Type Name.
3. If desired, enter a description in the Description field.
4. Accept the default Domain or select another.
5. Click Finished.
