Damage Cause

This page is accessed via Financials > Power Data > General > Damage Cause.

Damage cause describes the reason why damage occurred.

Damage causes are designated by the user. Some examples of a damage cause are "Handling deficiencies of transport facilities" and "Insignificant packaging of the product".

Adding a Damage Cause

1. Enter a unique ID for the damage cause in the Damage Cause ID field.
2. Select another Domain Name, if you do not want to use the default domain.
3. Optionally, enter a Description.
4. Click Finished.
