Agent Event Table Mappings

This page is accessed via Business Process Automation > Power Data > Event Management > Agent Events > New Agent Event Table Mapping button.

Use this page to manually add table mappings to an agent event. Whenever the selected columns in the table are updated by the system, the criteria for the agent event is raised. For example, if you map to the Shipment table, the event would be raised when information on a shipment is changed.

Note: After the creation or modification of custom events, the cache is flushed automatically thus no server bounce is required.

Adding Agent Event Table Mappings

1. Select a Table Name. The available column names are based on the table name you select.

1. Select a Column Name.
2. Click Save for each column name you select.
3. Click Save.
