Special Service Profile

This page is accessed via Shipment Management > Power Data > Special Service Management > Special Service Profile.

Use this page to define a special service profile. This profile will be used to determine if special service charges will be applied at a particular stop or on a particular shipment with which the profile has been associated.

Creating a Special Service Profile:

1. Enter a name for the profile in the Special Service Profile ID field.
2. Select Yes, No, or Both from the Compatible options.

   Note: The special service profile can be added to other rules and descriptions, for example, the secondary charge rule. If the compatible option is Yes, the Special Service drop-down list on the secondary charge rule page will list the special service profile as a possible selection.

3. Select the domain from the Domain Name drop-down list.
4. Select a special service from the Special Service ID drop-down list.
5. Click Save to add the special service to the special service profile.
6. Continue adding as many special services as apply.
7. When you are done adding special services, click Finished.
