Change External Status for Demurrage

This action is accessed via Shipment Management > Visibility > Demurrage Transaction. Click Actions.

External Statuses are not shipped with OTM. You can add external status types and status values. Once you have defined external status types and values for demurrage, then you will see the values in the list box.

External statuses for demurrage are:

• DT_APPROVAL
• APPROVED: Indicates that the demurrage transaction has been approved. This status is set by the action Set External Status. Once the demurrage transaction is approved,modification of demurrage details is not allowed.
• ON_HOLD: Indicates that the demurrage transaction has been put on hold in case of dispute for a particular transaction.
• NOT_APPROVED: This is the default demurrage transaction approval status.
