Bid Publish Status

In Oracle Transportation Sourcing, bids carry a status related to publication in order to designate those bids that should be converted to rates for publishing back to Oracle Transportation Management.

When you run the Build Rates action, only those bids that are BID_PUBLISH_YES are converted to rate records.

Bids that are BID_PUBLISH_NO are not converted to rate records.
