Generate Invoice/Bill Number

This action calls the Business Number Generator to generate an invoice or bill number. It can only be used when the glog.settlement.invoice.GenerateInvoiceNumberOnCreate property is FALSE.

This action is accessed from the Invoice Manager page (accessed via Financials > Payment Invoice Management > Payment Invoice). To generate a bill number, you access this action via Financials > Billing Management > Billing.
