Find Valid Matches Results

Buy shipments that potentially match the invoice you selected are displayed after running the Find Valid Matches action. If the invoice is already matched to a shipment, it is displayed, too.

To view a shipment, click its Shipment ID.

To match a shipment to the invoice, select one of the listed shipments, enter a note, if needed, and then click OK. Only one shipment can be matched to each invoice.

Note: To be matched to an invoice, a shipment must have a SECURE RESOURCES status of ACCEPTED, BOOKED, or PICKUP.
