Status Type Filter Access

When you create a status type filter, you must also grant users access to use the filter. Otherwise, the filter will not take effect for the users.

This page is accessed via Configuration and Administration > User Configuration > Manage User Access. Then select the user access type of Status Type Filter and click the Edit User Access button.

  1. To associate a status type filter with a user, you must first complete the Manage User Access page, selecting Status Type Filter as the User Access Type.
  2. Select the Prevent Access Changes check box to specify the final level for access configuration.
  3. Select a Filter that you want to apply to the user.
  4. Click Save.
  5. Click Finished when you have selected all the filters that you want the user to access.

Filters already selected for the user will also display an Object Type, such as ORDER_RELEASE. This field is read-only and is only displayed after the record has been saved.

Note: You can add multiple filters to the same object type. However, if you associate multiple filters with the same object type with the same user, the system only applies one of the filters.

Note: You should always log out and log back in after access configuration changes are made.
