Shipment Management
Public Tracking
This page is accessed via Shipment Management > Visibility > Public Tracking.
The Public Tracking visibility option allows you to search for shipments by shipment reference number qualifier and/or value or shipment ID. For example, you can specify just a qualifier to locate all shipments with a specific qualifier or include a value to narrow your search.
Note: You can configure the Public Tracking Search and Results page by copying and modifying the PUBLIC_TRACKING screen set.
If only one shipment is returned, the details for the shipment automatically appear on a view page. If multiple shipments are found, a Results page listing the matching shipments appears. You can then click the Shipment ID to display the shipment details.
Schedule Information displays:
- Schedule to Leave/Arrive Date and Time (shipment start and end time)
- Source and Destination Locations
- Event Group Image
- Event Group
- Event Date/Time
- Comments
If no shipment status events have been recorded, this section is blank.
Freight Details displays the following data for all ship units on the shipment:- Total Count
- Total Weight
- Total Volume
- Shipment Reference Numbers
- Ship Unit Reference Numbers
- Ship Unit Line Reference Numbers
