Change Publish Status - Bid

This page is accessed via Sourcing > Bid Creation > Bid > Actions > Change Publish Status.

A bid can have a publish status of BID_PUBLISH_STATUS_YES or BID_PUBLISH_STATUS_NO to permit or deny rates to be created for the bid. Use the Change Publish Status action to toggle between these statuses. The action runs without any other input from you. The window will refresh and display the publish status currently in effect.

Note: You cannot run the Change Publish Status action on a scenario that contains more than 1,000 records. If you have more than 1,000 bids, you can use the bid finder screen to filter the records into smaller sub-sets.
