Scheduled Performance Collection

This page is accessed via Configuration and Administration > Technical Support > Scheduled Performance Collection.

Note: You must have Administration rights to access this page.

This page retrieves a saved performance collection result. The details can be sent to a contact via email or they can be saved locally.

In Edit mode, you can see the status of the collection as well as the ID. The ID is system generated.

  1. Select a Domain Name.
  2. Enter the Start Time and End Time for the collection. 
  3. Enter the Collection Frequency in days, hours, and minutes.
  4. If you would like the performance collections to be saved, select the Save field. If so, a Diagnostic Performance Result record is created for each periodic collection and tied back to the scheduled collection. You can view this on Performance Collection Results.
  5. Select the Format for the collection; either HTML or XML.
  6. To forward the results to a contact, enter the Contact and, optionally, a Reply To for the response. The communication method used is Email.

    Note: If no contact is specified, the collection is automatically saved, regardless of the Save field's setting.
  7. Optionally, enter a Description for the collection.
  8. Select the Performance Collection Types to be collected to select using the right and left arrows. Everything in the right panel is selected and will be collected.
  9. Click Finished.
