What If I Find a Problem?
If you find an issue during testing that did not exist before the update, file a service request right away. Indicate that the issue did not exist before the update and give the date for when the update will be applied to your production environment. Oracle Support will use this information to prioritize your update issues and their resolutions. If you uncover multiple issues, file a separate Service Request for each one. Ensure you have suitable solutions for any minor issues filed during testing that aren’t due to be fixed before the production update.
