Upload Document

This page is accessed via:

• Shipment Management > Online Booking/Tendering > Actions > Upload Document.
• Shipment Management > Spot Bid Tender > Actions > Upload Document.

This web action allows a service provider to upload documents to a tender. A service provider can upload documents such as Terms and Conditions while responding to a Spot Bid Tender or an Online Booking/Tendering.

• The uploaded document is associated with the service provider record for the tender (not directly with the tender itself).
• Both planners and service providers can view uploaded documents.
• When uploading a document, the application will not send notifications or trigger events.

Note: This web action will only be displayed on service provider user screen.
