Appointment Information Actions & SmartLinks

This page is accessed via Operational Planning > Appointment Management > Appointment Information Manager.

Click Actions on the Appointment Information Manager page to launch the following action.

Action	Displays
Mark for Purge	Marks selected appointment(s) for data purge.
Reschedule Appointment	Re-computes the selected appointment and opens up Appointment Manager for the selected appointment. When it re-computes the appointment the system tries to find the best overall appointment for the shipment, similar to finding an appointment for an unscheduled shipment. The re-computed appointment may be the same as the current appointment.

SmartLinks

Right-click on any ID to launch SmartLinks.

SmartLink	Displays
Navigate to the Schedule Board	Opens the Appointment Manager and displays the appointment you selected.
