Consol Group

This page is accessed via Shipment Management > Group Management > Consol Group.

The consol group organizes multiple consol shipments together under one group to define maximum number of equipment, weight, volume, and equipment reference units for the group.

Note: You can define a consol group for ground consols only.

Note: You cannot delete a consol group if there is a consol associated with it.

Consol Group Manager

1. Enter the Consol Group ID.
2. Enter the Maximum Number of Equipment, Maximum Weight, Maximum Volume, Equipment Reference Unit ID and the Maximum Number of Reference Units the consol group can accommodate.

While adding or updating ground consols on the Consol page, you can assign consols to the Consol Group ID. You can view the list of consols assigned to this Consol Group. The Maximum Number of Equipment, Maximum Weight, Maximum Volume, Equipment Reference Unit ID, and Maximum Number of Reference Units on the consol group are validated against the total of all the consol shipments associated with the consol group.
