Master Data
Create Declaration
This page is accessed via Trade Incentive Programs > Program Inventories > Actions > Manage Declarations > Create Declarations.
Use this action to create declarations from multiple trade incentive program inventories based on the selected operation for the following scenarios:
- In duty suspension cases like free import, etc.
- In cases to move goods from one zone status to other
- In cases to create a claim declaration
When you perform this action, GTM identifies the operation ID related with the specified operation set. Based on the object template ID given on the operation, a declaration is created, and for each trade incentive program, a declaration line is created. Data is copied from the declaration line (represented as the "Reference Number" on the trade incentive program inventory) to the new declaration line based on the data configuration provided on the operation.
When you create a declaration to move goods from one zone status to other, the new zone status is also specified on the declaration being created. For this, configure the following on the Data Configurations page:
- Select "Transaction to Declaration" as the Association Type.
- In the Attributes section:
- Select "Line-Line" as the Association.
- Select "Trade Incentive Program Zone Status" as the Attribute.
- On the Attribute Details tab, enter the new zone status in the Target Zone Status field.
(Also see gtm.tip.privilegedZoneStatuses.)
