glog.IVR Properties
To control the behavior of Oracle Transportation and Global Trade Management, you can change settings in the appropriate property set.
There are default implementations for Short Message Service (SMS) and Interactive Voice Response (IVR) similar to that of FAX. If using third party software to support the IVR communication method, the * defaultHandler* properties should be replaced accordingly. Following are the properties that need to be changed along with sample data. Replacements are represented by one of these identifiers surrounded by parenthesis; for example {firstName}.
