To control the behavior of Oracle Transportation and Global Trade Management, you can change settings in the appropriate property set.

glog.transmissionOrdering.supportClusterTransmissionThrottle		Set this property to TRUE to ensure transmission ordering prior to sending an integration acknowledgement. This property is for environments where transmissions are sent one at a time to Oracle Transportation Management, blocking others until the acknowledgement is received.
