Synchronize Users

This page is accessed via Configuration and Administration > User Management > User Manager > Actions > User Management > Utilities > Synchronize Users.

Running this action synchronizes up to 100 users at a time with Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS). The user synchronization works by matching up the Transportation and Global Trade Management Cloud Nickname field to the Oracle Identity Cloud Service User Name field. The additional attributes supported include first name, last name, email address, Business Intelligence Roles, and if they are a federated user. A series of glog.security.user properties control how the synchronization works.
