Several AI Agents are staged in AI Agent Studio. These agents are used by OTM via the AI Chat functionality.

The bulk plan diagnostic agents are:

• BULK PLAN DIAGNOSTIC – FULL SUMMARY
• BULK PLAN DIAGNOSTIC – OPEN ENDED
• BULK PLAN DIAGNOSTIC – ORDER ERRORS
• BULK PLAN DIAGNOSTIC – SUMMARY

The RATE INQUIRY AI agent is also available for use with the AI Chat functionality.
