Testing the DOCK SCHEDULING Agent: Canceling an Appointment

To test the DOCK SCHEDULING agent from AI Agent Studio, you can ask the agent the following to cancel an appointment:

Note: GID is <DOMAIN_NAME.OBJECT_ID>.

• Cancel the appointment for shipment <DOMAIN_NAME.SHIPMENT_ID> at <DOMAIN_NAME.LOCATION_ID>.

  If there are multiple stops at this location, the agent should ask you which stop to use. For example, Stop 1 or Stop 2.

• Cancel the appointment for shipment <DOMAIN_NAME.SHIPMENT_ID> at the first stop.
