The Logistics Execution Command Center Agentic app streamlines workflows by surfacing urgent issues in a single user interface, consolidating Warehouse Management (WMS) and Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) data.

To get this agentic app up and running, you need the following:

• A WMS Cloud instance with access to AI Agent Studio. Refer to the knowledge base article KB869487: FA: SCM: WMS: Enabling AI Agent Studio in WMS Cloud for details.
• An OTM Cloud instance with access to AI Agent Studio. Follow the steps starting at the beginning of this guide to configure OTM to work with AI Agent Studio.
• Ensure that the users for all instances are added correctly as specified in the Adding Users section of this guide. In addition, your OTM user must have the following ACL entries:
  • REST - Order - View
  • REST - Shipment - View

Once both systems are communicating with AI Agent Studio and each other, complete the steps in the Steps to Enable and Configure section of the Oracle Warehouse Management Cloud AIML Guide.
