Testing the ORDER EXPEDITE Agent
To test the ORDER EXPEDITE agent from AI Agent Studio, you can ask the agent to expedite a shipment based on configuration parameters.
Here are some examples.
Example: Expedite by Changing Attribute1 to EXPEDITE
This example expedites an order release GID by changing attribute1 to "EXPEDITE". Your administrator sets the following configuration parameters:
- orderLookupKey = "orderReleaseGid"
- fieldToUpdate = "attribute1"
- valueToApply = "EXPEDITE"
Agent prompt: "Expedite the order release
<DOMAIN_NAME>.<ORDER_RELEASE_ID>".
The agent sets attribute1 on the specified order release ID to EXPEDITE.
Example: Expedite by Applying an Accessorial
This example expedites the order release XID by applying an accessorial named "TEST123.FOO". Your administrator sets the following configuration parameters:
- orderLookupKey = "orderReleaseXid"
- fieldToUpdate = "accessorials"
- valueToApply = "TEST123.FOO"
Agent prompt: "Expedite the order release <ORDER_RELEASE_ID>".
The agent looks up the order release and adds an accessorial code ID of TEST123.FOO to the order release.
Example: Add a Special Service to an Order
This example looks up the order release by its Inspection Number and adds the special service "EXAMPLE.SPECIAL_SERVICE" to the order release. Your administrator sets the following configuration parameters:
- orderLookupKey = "inspectionNumber"
- fieldToUpdate = "specialServices"
- valueToApply = "EXAMPLE.SPECIAL_SERVICE"
Agent prompt: "Expedite the order release based on
<INSPECTION_NUM>".
The agent looks up the order release and adds the special service ID of EXAMPLE.SPECIAL_SERVICE to the order release.
